Whitewater Lake

Whitewater Lake is a 75-acre private lake just off Scenic Highway 11 and is easy to find in a quiet neighborhood.

This is a mixed neighborhood with campers, mobile homes and stick-built homes. The subdivision has city water from Salem. I call this my cocktail lake as the people love to socialize and have fun.

This lake is stream and spring fed and has a constant water level. The lake has a paved road side and a gravel road side. The road around the lake is maintained by Oconee County.

This lake was built in the ’50s and is a blend of homes, 2nd homes, and mobile homes. This is my most social lake, everyone likes to get together to watch the games, races and eat.
