Fiddler’s Cove

Fiddler's Cove has 85 Lakefront lots with 32 homes. More than ½ the residents are full-time.

This is a great fishing lake. Canoeing and kayaking are also daily activities for most of the residents.

The road is private and just over 2 miles. Many of the residents of Fiddler’s Cove Subdivision walk around the lake for exercise.

Fiddler’s Cove homes are built to HOA standards and have a peaceful feel, blending with nature. The neighborhood is unique in that the area is served by the city of Salem for water, and has underground power, phone, and high-speed internet. Most of the homes have a mountain view and the ones on the east side have a mountain and sunset view.

The preserved natural foliage and wildlife make this section of Oconee County a unique and desirable place to live.
